Welcome to the very first developer log for Diary of Yeolha!

We're super excited to finally start sharing our journey with you. Currently, we're locking in the core concept and art direction, and working on the first set of character and environment concept art. Here's an early sneak peek 👀:

This project blends horror storytelling with stylized pixel-art action in a dark dystopian asylum setting. We're planning to post weekly devlogs to show you behind-the-scenes development, visual updates, and all the ups and downs of building this world.
